The joints along our brick porch were breaking up where they meet the rough concrete edge. I brushed out the loose material, worked a narrow bead into each line, and flattened it with the scraper. The close-up photos show the fresh light-gray repair clearly; the border looks much tidier than the open, crumbling gaps we started with.
I used it on a narrow crack near the garage that was always collecting sand. The tip was easy to guide, and working in short sections kept the filler inside the line instead of all over the slab.
Filled one small crack, scraped it level, and cleaned up in a few minutes.
These joints are not perfectly straight, especially at the corner where the red brick meets the exposed-aggregate border. The narrow nozzle let me follow the uneven gaps without coating the brick faces, and the scraper removed the extra cleanly. The repaired lines are visible up close, but the broken edges are gone.
I had never patched concrete before. I cleaned the crack, cut a small opening in the tip, and used a light bead rather than trying to fill everything at once. It stayed where I put it and the finished line looks neat.
The photo was taken while I was filling several narrow joints between the red bricks. The material stayed in the lines and was easy to smooth. The fresh gray is lighter than the older mortar, so the repair still shows up close, but the loose gaps look far better now.
